About Full Color Decal
Decals are used for orders that have 6 or more colors, have very tight registration or highly detailed art.
Artwork is printed in spot colors if less than 6-7 colors otherwise they are printed CMYK with organic inks that are dishwasher safe for over 600 wash cycles. Decals are the perfect process for high end retail products and are used by many resorts, theme parks, and other large scale retailers.
They are durable enough for commercial or residential dishwashers and are the highest quality printing process with the most consistent production in the market.
About Screenprinting
We use lead free ceramic enamel to direct screen print on to glass and ceramic vessels. The products are fired at approximately 1150 degrees Fahrenheit for the highest quality longest lasting imprint in the decorating market. Ceramic enamel is dishwasher safe for commercial or residential dishwashers but is susceptible to highly acidic water and cleaners such as Lemishine should not be used.
